About the Discussant
Director of the USJ’s Institute of Political Science.
Dr. Karim Bitar is a professor of International Relations at the USJ and Ecole Nationale d’Administration. He is also the director of the USJ’s Institute of Political Science. Dr. Bitar is a senior fellow at IRIS & GCSP, as well as the co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of Kulluna Irada. He will be discussing Dr. Wissam Lahham’s paper titled “The Constitution and Its Loopholes”.
