Representative and Legal Counsel for the European Investment Bank in Lebanon.
Mrs. Soha Frem built her experience in policy dialogues, local development, and peace building working with UN agencies, Governmental and Non-governmental Organizations in the MENA region and Europe. She has earned a Master of Science degree in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape design and eco-management and a Diploma in Agriculture Engineering from the American University of Beirut. She has worked for many years facilitating policy dialogues on political and socio-economic reforms in Lebanon and the Arab regions. Soha is currently the strategy lead of Together Libeirut one of the main NGOs involved in the rehabilitation of Beirut blast affected regions and the general coordinator of the Common Space initiative for shared knowledge and consensus building.
