Mr. Adib Nehmeh is the regional consultant on Governance and State Building at the UN Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) based in Beirut. He holds a DEA in Sociology and a B.A. in Philosophy and Law. Mr. Nehme is also a registered lawyer that has also published numerous books, reports, papers, and articles on development topics.
